Kevin is the President of System One Flooring and MA Concrete, bringing over 30 years of experience in the floor covering and concrete industries. With a deep understanding of both materials and execution, Kevin has built a reputation for delivering efficient, high-quality commercial flooring solutions across Western Canada. His leadership bridges innovation with practical know-how, offering clients a full-service approach that streamlines project delivery from concrete to finish.

As President, Kevin is focused on driving consistent and sustainable growth. With close to a decade of experience in the flooring, tiling, and decorative concrete industry, Connor specializes in delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs, emphasizing service, quality, attention to detail, and long-term relationship building.

Originally from Cornwall, UK, Cathy began her career as a bank teller before joining her family’s haulage and construction business. Over 21 years, she gained expertise in accounting, operations, and logistics, earning her A.A.T. qualification and serving as Financial Controller for the Chenoweth Group.

After emigrating to Canada in 2012, she joined System One Floor Solutions in 2013. Starting with procurement and scheduling, she moved into payroll and now serves as Financial Controller. She is dedicated to clear communication and ensures her work is carried out with professionalism and diligence.

Bree has been in the flooring industry since 2018 and has become a trusted point of contact for our clients at every stage. She’s known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to bring clarity to complex projects. Bree is passionate about building lasting relationships and finding the right solutions to meet each customer’s unique needs. Whether it’s on a job site or finalizing project details, she brings energy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset to everything she does.

Sandy is a sales professional with experience in commercial flooring since 2020, specializing in multifamily builds. She is passionate about building strong client relationships and providing flooring solutions that meet both design and performance goals. Outside of work, Sandy enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves the laid-back lifestyle of living by the beach.

Robert LaRose has been a dedicated member of the System One team since 2007. With no prior background in construction, Robert’s journey is a testament to the opportunities for growth and development within the company. Starting out as a general laborer, he demonstrated a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for learning. Within eight years, he earned the role of leading our concrete division.

Robert’s artistic eye and technical skill have led to the creation of high-end custom finishes that set System One apart. His expertise includes advanced colour blending, seamless concrete repairs, hand-engraved stencil work, custom staining, and terrazzo applications.

A natural leader, Robert, takes pride in mentoring junior team members, solving on-site challenges, and driving projects forward with initiative and efficiency.
